PREFORM MOLD PRODUCTION LINE PROJECT

This project aims to fulfill the lightweighting design requirements specified by a client in Southeast Asia. Through the collaborative efforts and in-depth consultations of our sales representatives, designers, and engineers,we devised a highly efficient configuration solution comprising a 96-cavity high-precision preform mold, a dedicated 450-ton injection molding machine, and an automated side-entry robot. 

With a preform weight of 12.45 grams, a cycle time of 10.8 seconds, and an hourly output of 32,000 units, our engineering team provided comprehensive on-site support and a “one-stop,” closed-loop delivery service—spanning everything from mold development and precision manufacturing to equipment selection, on-site installation, and full-line commissioning. This approach relieved the client of burdensome coordination tasks, thereby realizing a true “turnkey” project.

MINERAL WATER BOTTLE BLOW MOLDING SYSTEM PROJECT

This production line is equipped with high-precision single-outlet eight-cavity blow molding molds, specialized blow molding machines, and automated robotic arms.
